**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead operational excellence across multiple ready-mix concrete sites to drive safety, quality, and productivity.
+ Develop, guide, and empower teams to achieve strong performance and continuous improvement.
+ Optimize operational processes, production planning, and resource utilization.
+ Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and community partners.
+ Champion compliance, sustainability, and responsible operating practices across the area.
