Position Overview
Responsibilities - Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and address feedback.
- Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects providing innovative and functional design solutions.
- Oversee the architectural team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all design work.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Prepare bid packages related to Central Design scope as applicable.
- Consider creative solutions in designs that would reduce manpower requirements, cost, or time.
