Job Description:

Support business team to service customers from technical perspective

Work with sales and marketing personnel to recommend personal protection solutions to customers

Lead and participate in PSD new product field test ， VOC analysis and develop sales tools

PSD product new application development.

Organize and participate in technical seminars for PSD solution and 3M brand promotion

Communicate and collaborate with local, regional, global team, and China cross-functional team.

Troubleshooting and independent complaint handling

Connect with industry KOLs and association for 3M influence enhancement.
