10–12+ years of experience in Honeywell Advanced Application like Alarm Management and Asset Performance Management Minimum 2–4 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams. Hands-on experience with customer-facing engineering roles. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
