**Position Purpose:**

The Sr. Analyst, Pro Experience will play a critical role within the Home Depot Enterprise Pro PMO, supporting the execution, governance, and delivery of strategic Pro growth initiatives. This role is responsible for owning small‑to‑medium workstreams within larger, enterprise‑level programs, ensuring initiatives are planned, tracked, and delivered in alignment with business priorities, timelines, and governance standards.

The Sr. Analyst will partner closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to manage workstream execution, monitor milestones and dependencies, assess risks, and provide data‑driven insights that support informed decision‑making.
