Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-curious individual to support internal teams by improving processes, managing data, and assisting with learning initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to shape project goals, resolve obstacles, and deliver high‑quality solutionsBuild and maintain basic solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, e.g., Power Apps and Power AutomateManage SharePoint lists, document libraries, and structured dataAssist with process improvements and workflow automationSupport training documentation, curriculums, and learning materialsHelp track and report on training and operational metricsMindset & Working Style
