Primary Purpose:

• At Ahold Delhaize USA (ADUSA), our HRIS team is responsible for all HR Systems (including cloud-based apps and on-premise solutions) that support Ahold Delhaize's US Associate population of over 200,000 active associates.
• This role will be responsible for functional support through the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and execution of all changes and project work for all US HR Systems.
• This position uses HR systems expertise to provide technical delivery support for all SuccessFactors modules supporting US people initiatives for 8 great local Retail Food and Distribution brands. with a focus on user experience and efficiency.
• Partners with Global HR Tech, Global HR Tech Delivery, and IT counterparts to maintain and enhance the HR systems, driving process efficiencies, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data integrity, maintaining upstream and downstream system health to ensure the smooth functi...
