Creating the file for monthly payroll which will include giving input to the vendor, checking the salary sheets and submitting the accounting vouchers
Assisting the confirmation, promotion, transfers, exit formalities etc
Assisting in managing the taxation matters related to expatriates and filing of the returns
Filing of monthly returns and maintaining registers
Assisting in introduction and drafting of policies related to employee benefits, conducting the research work, policy communication etc.
