The role ensures seamless daily operations for a team of ~300 personnel, managing calendars, travel, events, supplies, and virtual meetings while maintaining the professionalism and efficiency expected of Lockheed Martin’s corporate environment.
**Basic Qualifications:**
3yrs of related job experience
Experience organizing company events for >50 people
Experience managing an office supply budget
**Desired Skills:**
Experience supporting multiple executives
Experience in Microsoft tools including calendar management for multiple team members
Experience with travel planning and expense submittal use of the Concur tool preferred
