**Description**

The SR AD, Strategic Accounts is responsible for delivering the agreed upon annual revenue targets for Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health through successful leading external sales force. This role is responsible for leading the sales function and effective management of their Direct Reports as well as will direct the sales functions in the implementation of the BIAH sales/marketing plan to assure maximum market penetration of BIAH products within BIAH guidelines, policies, and directives. This role ensures equal and consistent application of established policies and procedures in the management of employees to meet or exceed sales goals.
