Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join the finance team for our manufacturing client located in Watertown, MA. This person will support the company's Controller with all general accounting needs and also work alongside accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.


Responsibilities:

+ Support the Controller with all aspects of general accounting operations

+ Prepare and analyze financial statements

+ Post journal entries and maintain the general ledger

+ Assist with month-end close processes

+ Support tax filings and related compliance activities

+ Participate in audit preparation and provide necessary documentation

+ Collaborate with AP, AR, and payroll functions to ensure accurate financial reporting

+ Provide cross-functional accounting support and take on a variety of responsibilities as needed
