Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join a growing team in Santa Clara, California in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly take ownership of core accounting activities, lead the monthly close cycle, and produce accurate financial reporting with minimal ramp-up time. The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite presence as business needs require.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring entries are completed accurately and reporting deadlines are met.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, using NetSuite and supporting Excel schedules.
• Review and classify revenue and other financial activity into the appropriate accounts to support accurate general ledger reporting.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other key records to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
