Publicly traded, global software company is seeking a strong Sr. Accountant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting fast paced environment with growth potential.

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for general ledger, intercompany entries

+ Preparation of month end close

+ Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements

+ Monthly and quarterly research, track, and document GAAP compliance for revenue related items such as ASC 606

+ Post journal entries, review general ledger accounts, and reconcile balance sheet accounts

+ Support accounts payable and assisting with audits

+ Prepare and review monthly/ quarterly/yearly fluctuation analysis over income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
