A highly reputable Westside real estate investment and management firm is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to oversee accounting operations for multiple entities within its commercial real estate portfolio. This individual will manage month‑end close, produce financial statements, maintain partnership capital accounts, prepare budgets, and support both routine and ad‑hoc financial reporting needs.


The ideal candidate brings strong real estate accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and expert-level familiarity with Yardi. This role is essential to ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting company-wide financial strategy.
