Description
We’re seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to lead financial reporting, audits, and compliance for our developer portfolio. You’ll manage month-end close, reconcile accrual-based financials, and review property transactions for accuracy and compliance. The role involves supervising a Staff Accountant, coordinating with property and asset managers, lenders, and auditors, and preparing financial statements and annual filings. You’ll also handle audit support, track deadlines for loans, taxes, and insurance, and update policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and excels at independent work in a deadline-driven environment.
