Overview

Growing small organization is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting. This role is ideal for a CPA who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities

+ Lead month-end and year-end close processes

+ Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements

+ Maintain and review general ledger accuracy

+ Perform account analysis and variance reporting

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash management

+ Assist with audits and external reporting needs

+ Improve accounting processes and internal controls


Requirements
Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

+ CPA required

+ 5+ years of accounting experience
