Job Description:

•Amazon 1P Strategic Leadership: Own the end-to-end business development for Amazon 1P. Lead high-stakes negotiations for annual terms, rebates, and co-op marketing funds to maximize profitability.

•Listing & Conversion Engineering: Execute Listing Excellence by optimizing titles, A+ content, and imagery based on the A10 algorithm. Drive organic and paid visibility while maintaining a healthy ACoS/ROAS.

•Data-Driven Growth: Utilize advanced tools (Helium 10, Keepa) to conduct competitor reverse-engineering, identify traffic gaps, and monitor market price parity.

•Supply Chain & Fulfillment: Coordinate with GTM and Logistics teams to manage 1P PO (Purchase Order) lifecycles. Ensure 100% stock availability during peak events (Prime Day, Black Friday) using FBA/FBT resources.
