This entry-level, practical workshop is designed to build confidence and engagement, supporting players, parents and volunteers to introduce more people to the game.

About the role

As a Tutor, you will deliver Activator courses in your region, helping participants to:

Support coach-led sessions with confidence

Introduce beginners in a fun and engaging way

Take squash into local communities

Passionate about growing squash

Reflective and committed to ongoing development

You should also be willing to:

Attend an annual tutor standardisation day

Complete sportscotland tutor training
