Assure best quality of the manufactured products for satisfaction of Continental customers and support the achievement of the revenue target.
Implement robust process controls in managing suppliers to prevent defects from entering the shopfloor (scrap, NCC, blocked stocks) to achieve the profit target.
Drive and coordinate with suppliers to analyze material issues and implement preventive actions to reduce or eliminate SCB/cost deductions.
Support consolidation and coordination of the supplier‑related nonconformance cost (NCC) through SCB process or cost deduction through RMA to support quality strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
Review past performances and perform risk assessment versus company goals and objectives.
Define key focus areas, measurables, targets and identify projects that will impact the achievement of SQM KPIs.
