The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sprayer Operator to join a leading top fruit farming business based near Tenbury Wells. This is a hands on role working across a well managed fruit enterprise, responsible for carrying out crop spraying operations and supporting the wider farm team during the growing season.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining spraying equipment to ensure crops are treated efficiently and safely. You will play a key role in supporting crop health by applying plant protection products accurately and in line with best practice, helping the business maintain high quality fruit production standards.
