The Spray Technician reviews job documentation, prepares parts through masking, cleaning, and blasting, and performs HVOF, plasma, and other thermal spray coating operations. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, careful attention to detail, and consistent adherence to inspection and documentation procedures in a fast-paced aerospace production environment.
