3年以上电气产品组装经验，有线束组装/压装经验优先； 技校或中专以上学历，钳工、机械或机电类相关专业优先； 能够无障碍阅读并理解工厂工艺/质量等体系文件（中文），能够进行英文基本识读优先； 持有低压电工证、钳工操作等技术证书优先；
