Florida Express Environmental, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a **Safety Spotter / Laborer** to join our team in **Ocala, FL** . This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a growing and reputable company.

This role is a great entry point into our operations, with the **goal of training the right candidate on heavy equipment over time** .

**Schedule:**
Monday – Friday | Occasional Saturdays
45-50 Hours Weekly
Starting at **$20/hour+ OT**
_Pay can be higher based on prior heavy equipment experience_

**Responsibilities:**

+ Guide customers to appropriate landfill areas
+ Spot and direct trucks safely on site
+ Inspect incoming loads
+ Monitor “hot zones” to ensure the safety of customers and employees
