Aspire People are working in partnership with a large SEND School in Stockport, SK2. SLT are looking for candidate's with a Sports Coaching background to work as a Teaching Assistant with a number of identified pupils.
The school is a SEND School, with a diverse pupils intake, supporting pupils with a range of needs including Social Emotional Mental Health needs. Pupils may exhibit behaviours that challenge so potential candidates need to be confident supporting those with SEMH needs, be resilient in their approach and committed and passionate about understanding the 'bigger picture'. Pupils follow a curriculum pathway and need support to support their engagement, emotional regulation and sensory needs.
