Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ nutritional needs, lifestyle, body composition, and fitness goals
- Develop personalized meal plans and sports nutrition programs
- Provide guidance on weight management, muscle gain, recovery, and performance enhancement
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits, supplementation, hydration, and sports nutrition practices
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly
- Work closely with trainers, wellness consultants, and healthcare professionals to support client goals
- Conduct nutrition consultations, workshops, and health talks
- Stay updated with current nutrition research, fitness trends, and wellness practices
- Maintain accurate consultation records and client progress reports
- Support marketing activities, product education, and promotional events when required
