About the Role

Are you a passionate Sports Coach looking to transfer your skills into a rewarding school-based role? We are currently recruiting Sports Coaches to work as Cover Supervisors across a large network of secondary schools in Swindon and the surrounding areas from September 2026.

This role is ideal for individuals with coaching experience who are confident leading groups of young people and looking to gain valuable classroom experience within secondary education.

As a Sports Coach / Cover Supervisor, you will lead PE lessons during teacher absences as well as supervise and deliver pre-planned learning across a variety of other subjects throughout the school day.
