Position Overview
**This will be a limited appointment that will end 4-months from the date of hireThe SLP will assist the Principal Investigator in clinical research that focuses on the nature and treatment of communication impairments across the life course. Projects will include observational and language treatment studies.
Required Qualifications Master's degree in speech pathology, certificate of clinical competence in speech pathology awarded by the American Speech and Hearing Association, and two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Working knowledge of neuroanatomyExperience working with children with communication difficulties and adults with Primary Progressive AphasiaDemonstrated proficiency with medical terminologyAbility to abstract data from medical records and transfer it to data collection forms or directly into databases
