We are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to working with individuals with complex needs and their families. As a Speech Pathologist, you should have experience in conducting assessments and providing interventions for individuals with neurodiverse conditions, articulation errors, feeding challenges, swallowing difficulties, and speech and language disorders.
In addition, you should possess the ability to assess functional capacity and develop interventions that promote independence and confidence. Demonstrating excellent initiative and self-directed work practices is crucial, as is the ability to respond efficiently to demands and prioritise tasks to effectively manage competing deadlines.
