Position Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assess and identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention plans Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy in accordance with clinical and organisational standards Work collaboratively with a multi-professional team on assessment, goal development, intervention strategies and progress monitoring Provide appropriate information, guidance and emotional support for clients and their caregivers Evaluate and document clients' progress at regular intervals to ensure continuity of care Support supervisor in clinical and quality improvement initiatives Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by supervisor from time to time REQUIREMENTS: Good Degree or Master's in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent) recognised under the Allied Health Professions Act Have obtained Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council Preferably at least two years of experience working with children and youth with special needs or complex disabilities A...
