As a Therapy Assistant within the Dysphagia Team for Adults with Learning Disabilities (DTALD), you will support people to eat, drink, communicate and live more safely and confidently, working alongside Dietitians and Speech & Language Therapists in community settings across Sutton.

Main duties of the job

• Support safe and effective clinical care for adults with dysphagia and learning disabilities, including delegating tasks, monitoring progress and escalating concerns.
• Deliver responsive, person‑centred care and develop accessible information and communication approaches for individuals with learning disabilities.
