Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individual and group therapy sessions. Assess and identify the unique needs of clients, developing tailored therapy programs accordingly. Implement evidence-based practices in therapy interventions and maintain current knowledge of advancements in Speech and Language Therapy. Support clients in their participation in home and community settings. Facilitate communication and coordination with team members, including therapists, social workers, and psychologists.
