In this role, you will manage the fine dining Stories Restaurant set amongst the Pecan trees of the Lost Pines Resort. Stories has been creating Texas memories since the resort opened in 2006. Host to numerous VIP’s, anniversary dinners, first dates and wedding celebrations.
Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training and administrative tasks associated with the role. Ensuring the compliance with restaurant standards and operational excellence. Development and coordination of special feature events. Participation in events that feature and highlight the talent of Stories.
