Provides direction, expertise, and support for Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators to lead exceptional patient experience, ensuring Baptist patients perceive Baptist pharmacy as a preferred choice.

Acts as a positive role model during change, supporting teams through specialty pharmacy IT enhancements, new operational workflows, accreditation activities, regulatory survey preparations, and changes to day-to-day operations.
