**JOB SUMMARY**

This senior pharmacist role seeks a specialty pharmacist with strong program management expertise and experience leading strategic specialty pharmacy initiatives across an interdisciplinary team within a healthcare organization. The successful candidate will lead both clinically focused and non-clinical programs and serve as a clinical consultative resource for specialty programs led by other team members.

This position requires a balance of clinical and business acumen to successfully implement, support, and oversee assigned specialty pharmacy programs.
