Position Overview
1. 协助厨师完成食材清洗、切配、分装等前期准备工作;
2. 负责厨房区域及操作台面的清洁、消毒与日常卫生维护,确保符合食品安全规范;
3. 按照标准流程协助菜品出品、传菜及餐具回收,保障后厨运转有序;
4. 配合完成库存清点、物料领用登记及基础耗材管理;
5. 严格遵守餐厅食品安全、消防安全及操作安全相关规定。
1. 身体健康,无传染性疾病,持有有效健康证明;
2. 具备基本的食品卫生常识和安全操作意识,能适应餐饮行业工作节奏;
3. 吃苦耐劳,责任心强,具备良好的团队协作精神与沟通能力;
4. 无学历、性别、民族、户籍、宗教信仰等方面限制,符合国家关于平等就业的相关规定;
5. 有餐饮服务经验者优先,接受无经验人员带教培养。
