1. 负责全日餐厅风味餐菜品的现场制作与出品，确保口味、摆盘及出品时效符合标准；
2. 严格执行食品安全操作规范，落实厨房卫生、原料储存、器具消毒等各项管理要求；
3. 配合厨师长完成菜单研发、成本控制、食材损耗管理及日常排班协作；
4. 参与新品试菜、顾客反馈分析及服务质量持续改进工作。

1. 具备中餐、西餐或融合菜系烹饪相关专业背景；
2. 熟练掌握主流烹饪技法，能独立完成风味餐类热菜、冷菜、面点等多品类制作；
3. 持有有效健康证明，熟悉《食品安全法》及餐饮行业操作规范；
4. 具备良好的团队协作意识、服务意识及抗压能力，能适应轮班制工作安排；
