Increases profitability by driving design changes or substituting suppliers by reducing overall BOM cost.Achieve target in Electronics cluster which was agreed according to OP planning year on year.Strategic partner for VAVE Team leaders (worldwide; member of the VAVE Team).Lead Idea Generation & assist in continuous improvement to enhance performance of ZF Products.Conduct Innovation and Idea Generation workshops with Internal & External stakeholders (suppliers) for Cost Down ideas.Visit suppliers (global locations) to analyze their manufacturing process/materials/tooling costs.Benchmarking of Competitor products and propose feasible cost saving ideas.Gain approvals for Engineering change requests, establish Business cases, revise project plans and report status to VMT Team...
