MDA Geospatial Services is adding an individual to the Satellite Operations team to perform Satellite Operation activities for the missions it operates, including RADARSAT-2, RCM and CHORUS, which provide high resolution radar satellite imagery around the world.

The Satellite Operations team at MDA is responsible for all flight operations activities with a focus on monitoring and maintaining the health and safety of the satellites, as well as improving reliability and efficiency in the ground system. The Satellite Operation Specialist plays a critical role in routine operations and anomaly recoveries. They are required to implement system modifications of both spacecraft and ground systems with cross‑system interdependencies to enhance or maintain performance.
