Workday Payroll Specialist – Canada

ProMach is seeking a talented Workday Payroll Specialist who will partner with the broader Payroll team to process biweekly payroll for Canada. This role will ensure compliance and consistent application of federal, provincial, and local laws while collaborating with Human Resources to resolve pay‑related issues impacting employees.

Responsibilities

• Process all aspects of biweekly Canadian payroll and support U.S. payroll activities, including transferring data between timekeeping and payroll systems and completing a payroll checklist.
• Verify reconciliations and pre‑check audit reports to ensure accuracy of data entry and records.
• Develop payroll and ad‑hoc reports in Workday.
• Provide high‑quality customer service by investigating and responding to employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, withholdings, garnishments, or payroll discrepancies.
