What are we looking for?

We are looking for an outstanding individual who is enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational to join our Inclusion team as a Specialist Teaching Assistant, with a specialism in working with students across the broad areas of SEND need, and has the experience to deliver small group provisions for either English, Maths or Science. Candidates with experience in leading on Emotional Literacy (ELSA) or Communication and Interaction provision would be desirable. As a Specialist Teaching Assistant you will be required to work closely with members of our Inclusion team and will have the energy and creativity to develop and inspire students learning, life skills and personalised outcomes. The successful candidate could be deployed to work in any one of our inclusion spaces and support high needs students in the classroom where required.
