Talent Development & Learning Support Provide administrative and operational support for learning and development programmes (e.g. training logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, postprogramme evaluation). Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors on scheduling, materials, venues, and participant communications. Maintain and update training records in the Workday Learning. Assist in the preparation of training reports, dashboards, and utilisation summaries.
