Responsibilities

• Pioneering initial implementation of project, not limited to recruitment and selection in accordance to key milestones.
• Pro‑active and creative candidate sourcing
• Effective screening and assessment of candidates to contribute to full placement rate
• Coordinate interview logistics where appropriate
• Offer management
• Full spectrum account management
• Support in development and execution of Client Business Plan
• Periodic operational reviews with key stakeholders
• Relationship building with key stakeholders
• Perform onboarding procedures including contract administration
• Coordinate induction / briefing / training, issue work tools
• Performance review and disciplinary matters
