What is Specialist ROW & Logistics Support?

The role is responsible for end-to-end fiber deployment, Right of Way (ROW) acquisition, and NOC (No Objection Certificate) management. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing fiber rollout projects while ensuring timely approvals from government authorities, municipalities, utility departments, and private stakeholders. The role reports directly to the Manager – Transport FOO & rollout.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Manage end-to-end fiber rollout and deployment activities across assigned regions.
• Conduct surveys, design, trenching, laying, splicing, testing, and commissioning activities for PAC/FAC process.
• Ensure deployment is completed as per engineering standards and project timelines.
