Lead and monitor the assigned factory Quality Management System (QMS) from raw material receiving (warehouse) to final shipment to ensure full compliance and consistent execution
Conduct and coordinate fit, PP approval, PP meetings , and ensure actions are implemented during bulk production
Plan, schedule, and conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections or any other inspections required by CB Brands based on production status and shipment timelines.
Follow up production WIP and T&A (WIP) regularly; identify risks, constraints, and elevate challenges to relevant leads and management
Perform product risk assessments during PP meetings and line reviews with factory representatives; take preventive actions to reduce defects
