This is a community-based service working with our Acute Care Team. The team provides a 24/7 service that triages consumers and organises care based on their individual needs You will be involved in leading a community based, experienced MDT and providing clinical governance to consumers who also present to our Emergency Department. Crisis care, diagnostic clarification, care planning and providing brief treatments are key aspects of this role There is also a registrar attached to the team who you will be supervising. ACT is a dynamic and mobile team, so this will also offer you the opportunity to do some home-based care. Details
