Job Description Role Summary The People Operations Specialist is the frontline champion for our store employees. You are responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR activities, ensuring that every store team member has a seamless and positive experience from their first day onwards. Your role is to handle the administrative heartbeat of the stores - answering queries, managing data, and ensuring that our staff are supported, informed and engaged.
- Coordinate with the operations team for end-to-end people related processes for store staff, including, but not limited to, hiring, system & data management and employee relations.
- Act as the first point of contact for store employees regarding any people related topics.
- Own the data integrity of the store population, ensuring smooth and accurate data management.
