As a Regional People Ops Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the People agenda across the region. You’ll take ownership of regional (UAE and KSA) People operations, employee experience, and compliance, while championing culture and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Governance & Compliance

• Government Relations: Own the end‑to‑end management of government portals (e.g., MOHRE, AXS, Mudad, GOSI), ensuring total compliance with reporting and registration requirements.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively audit HR workflows to identify single points of failure, ensuring all processes are documented, digitised, and audit‑ready.

Employee Lifecycle & Experience

• Full‑Cycle Operations: Lead the execution of core HR processes, including onboarding, compensation changes, benefits administration, and off‑boarding.
