Description
Ingredion is seeking a Payroll Specialist to enhance our payroll team. The Payroll Team provides support to the America’s based businesses in the areas of payroll processing & controls, payroll related reporting, Audit Support and Payroll analytics. The payroll specialist role will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and will report directly to the Payroll Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage workflow of pay groups as assigned to ensure bi-weekly payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate mannerProcess and audit employee updates as it relates to compensation, job changes, transfers, garnishments/levies and terminationsResolve payroll discrepancies, process adjustments, manual checksProvide excellent customer service to employee, vendor and manager inquiriesResponsible in ensuring that the appropriate approvals are received from the sites and performs fol...
