Position Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth on DTC. This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong experience in paid search and social managing performance campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical and creative, with expertise in digital channels that prioritize revenue generation underpinned by a test-and-learn mindset.

**Campaign Management**
+ Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
+ Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across key channels including Paid Social, Search, Display, and emerging platforms, ensuring fluid optimizations (ie: bids, budgets, targeting, and creative) are executed to maximize ROI and efficiency
