An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within the Suffolk Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team for the role of Fixed Term Specialist Occupational Therapist (Band 6) to join our team in the East of the County. The role is for 37.5 hours per week on a 10‑month fixed‑term position until May 2027 (Maternity cover).

The Suffolk Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team provides specialist individualised stroke rehabilitation to support patients and their carers in the first six weeks of discharge from hospital to home. Our interdisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical Neuropsychologists, Assistant Practitioners and Rehabilitation Assistants.
